板面 @ Serdang Raya

My favourite 板面 of all time so far.

Nothing much inside but it just taste delicious.

How they do this? Fried to the golden perfection. But wait, this is not oily at all, indeed, it doesn't look like fried, how they do it?

I would say this is the main character. Spice up your life man!!!

went to try a few days ago. simple and cheap but not tasty enough. i had the pull type which i find it very uneven softness. the way the guy pull the noodle is just too slow.
